See My Perspective is a rebrand of Graphics by Lems and before that, TenZero Designs. Any and all work created and completed under these former brand names are automatically applied under the above Point A).

Any and all graphics and logos made by See My Perspective is under ownership and property of and only of See My Perspective with the sole purpose of being utilised and/or used by communities and/or individuals with a signed agreement from both parties. No other community/brand/individual owns any rights to these designs unless aforementioned exceptions were approved and agreed upon, or unless designs were granted permission and/or rights to use within my designs. Permission to edit any designs by See My Perspective must be obtained. See My Perspective holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for any content created under the name(s) listed in Point A).

All the designs on this portfolio are purely my own creation where I have sat and drawn by hand unless where I have used other designs and artists for inspiration for my work. Any designs that resembles any other artwork is purely coincidental or somewhat inspired. No copying of duplication is intended and all rights are reserved. Any duplication, recreation or imitation of any of my designs can and may be met with action as all work created is protected. Thank you for your interest in contributing towards the project. In order to protect not just you and your info, but the project itself, the below Terms and Conditions listed below are in effect as of the above date, to which you automatically agree to upon sending the donation. Please make sure you read carefully before you send money so that you are aware of everything from the start.

1. Donating to the project will not guarantee any special or specific benefits other than the following:
   a) In the `supporters` command in both apps, your name used to donate with (or chosen name that can be discussed and agreed upon after donation) will be listed and viewable across all servers the app is in to show you supported and to say thank you.
   b) In the main Discord server, whichever the name may be at the time, a role will be granted to show appreciation for contributing to the project.

2. At no times are donations refundable; they are donations, you are donating money out of goodwill. Donations would not be donations if refunded.

3. If at any point should the applications get closed down permanently, you will still not be eligible for a refund of any or all donations.

4. Any and all donations made are immediately deposited into the host account as "credit" so that the next invoice is either reduced or paid off, depending on donations received. Due to the way this is set up, refunds of donations are not possible, regardless of the reason.

If your donation/contribution isn't related to the discord apps, then only points 2, and 4 will apply.

All points above automatically apply upon selecting the confirmation button on sending your donation.
